Public bug reported:

Trying to install dome educational software and some games for my
children, the bug reported has been encountered. This issue hass been
detected after an previous brute stope of a installation of sw from
LUBUNTU sw center (I mean I have to stop LUBUNTU pressing the power
button because of the update session running was not possible to be
completed because of ADSL switch OFF).
