Both python-flaky and python-genty are currently available in universe.

[Rationale]
python-flaky is a new Build-Depends for python-hypothesis, the new version of which is stuck in -proposed because of this.  python-genty is a Build-Depends for python-flaky.

[Security]
No known security issues in Ubuntu, Debian, or upstream for either package.

[Quality assurance]
Both packages appear to be well maintained by DPMT in Debian.  No known violations of QA requirements.

[Dependencies]
Neither package has anything but the standard Python and PyPy Depends/Recommends.

[Standards compliance]
No known deviations from Debian or DPMT standards.

[Maintenance]
~foundations-bugs are subscribed to bugmail for both packages in Launchpad.
