[Bug 1546705] [NEW] dependency on libpulse0

Updating from 7u65 to 7u75+ now has a dependency on libpulse0.

Openjdk-7-jre-headless is installed on a server for Tomcat.  Upgrading
openjdk-7-jre-headless wants to pull in lots of previously unncessary
packages including x11-common.
