[Bug 1544760] [NEW] Not possible to use armhf with debootstrap

Public bug reported:

I was running the following command which ends up calling debootstrap:

DEBOOTSTRAP_MIRROR=http://ports.ubuntu.com mk-sbuild --vg=virtual-vg
--arch armhf --name snapper vivid

Only when I include the "--arch armhf" does the schroot creation fail.
The following is where the mk-sbuild command died:

I: Extracting zlib1g...
I: Running command: chroot /tmp/schroot-XJCj5b /debootstrap/debootstrap --second-stage
I: Keyring file not available at /usr/share/keyrings/ubuntu-archive-keyring.gpg; switching to https mirror https://mirrors.kernel.org/debian

Manually, running the command listed above did not produce anything more
informative.

Downgrading debootstrap to version 1.0.72ubuntu1 from 1.0.78 resolved
the issue.
