Ubuntu installer on z Systems as of 2016-01-20 with kernel 4.3.0-6-generic throws a user process fault, when trying to offer a huge list of OSA network adaptor triples:

In the above case I had more than 150 OSA triples, which is for sure very unusual. I could not determine the exact number, at which the problem starts to occur. The installer, however, is able to show around 100 OSA triples, but, when selecting one of them, at this point the user process fault occurs, too.
  With 64 triples it worked.

I suggest to define the following restriction for the "z Systems"
specific section of the "Release Notes" document:

Problem: Installer can not select out of more than 60 OSA network devices (triples)
Circumvention: Reduce the number of visible OSA network devices, e.g. by using the cio_ignore kernel parameter.
