Title:
updatedb.mlocat Stops umount of SD Card

Status in mlocate package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: mlocate

Last night I could not umount my SD card. sudo fuser -fv /mnt/mmc (I
think) reported that updatedb.mlocat was using it. I could not (or did
not know how to) stop updatedb.mlocat and so could not umount the card
which with bug 554769 means that I could not suspend, but had to
  shutdown.
