Title:
hdparm.conf: command_line blocks are no longer executed, man page
  needs update

Status in hdparm package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: hdparm

looking at the changes made to /lib/udev/hdparm between karmic and
lucid, the "command_line" blocks in /etc/hdparm.conf no longer seem to
  be executed.

the default /etc/hdparm.conf and the manpage still mention
command_line support, it may be good to change these too
