Has anyone filed this issue with git upstream? Is it still reproducible
with git upstream? It might also be useful to recompile with ASAN or run
this under valgrind.

Bug description:
  Since Ubuntu 13.04, "git svn rebase" crashes in some (interestingly
  not all) git-svn clones after finishing all operations successfully.
  This also happens for both old checkouts and newly cloned
  repositories.
