For some reason I often find that if I try to report a .crash (which the
GUI for some reason didn't alert me about) file this will happen (this
happens with all the Apport tools to report a crash, this just so
happens to be the apport-cli example):

If you can't see what is happening here, these dots literally just kept
coming as fast as they possibly could. Literally within about 5 seconds
all these dots were here and my internet usage was still on 0 in my
System Monitor so it wasn't actually doing anything and was just going
mad. So I am unable to report certain crashes which is rather annoying.
I was forced to ^C which caused this to be outputted:

It also fails to create the .upload or the .uploaded files in
