You still don't have an EFI system partition. You need to create one.

Bug description:
When I try to install UBUNTU on computer with AMD FX 8300 CPU and 970
chipset, I recieve error on grub UEFI instalation. I have tried to
create /boot/efi/ partition that some users reported as problem
solution, but I still had same problem.
