[Bug 1616652] [NEW] Release upgrade fails

Hello, there's bug appeared and the upgrade failed during 'do-release-
upgrade'. By the way, when I do release upgrade it always fails, like
when I was updating to 14.04 from 12.04 it failed like this.

And that's happened when I entered 'y' to confirm deletion of 'unused' packages.
By the way, why this list includes a lot of needed packages marked as 'for removal' like a lot of php packages,  aptitude-common?

/var/log/dist-upgrade/main.log and /var/log/dist-upgrade/apt.log should
be linked as attachments.
