Bug description:
  Reproduce:
  Try decrypting encrypted file

  
  What happens:
  jonas at jonas-xps:~$ gpg -d file.asc 
  gpg: CAST5 encrypted data
  gpg: gpg-agent is not available in this session
  Enter passphrase: 

  What should happen:
  The gpg-agent is allegedly running, so I expected the file to be decrypted.

  $ ps … | grep gpg-agent
  jonas     6400  0.0  0.0 168264  1524 ?        Ss   10:52   0:00 gpg-agent --homedir /home/jonas/.gnupg --use-standard-socket --daemon

  jonas at jonas-xps:~$ gpg-connect-agent /bye
  jonas at jonas-xps:~$ echo $?
  0
