Public bug reported:
First noticed that .ASF video files from a Bushnell trail cam have a last modified time + 1 hour when viewed with file manager in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS also on Xbuntu 16.04 LTS but correct time when viewed on a machine running 14.04 LTS.
Problem was noted immediately after upgrading from 14.04 to 16.04.
The problem also seems to affect .pdf files stored on USB memory.
In both cased Min & Sec are identical.
Files edited on the PC show correct time stamps.
Is there a Daylight Saving Time setting I have missed?
