It looks like the mplayer2 package you installed from a PPA and probably
libdvdnav4 were greater than the versions available in 16.04, hence the
problem calculating the upgrade.

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Trying to find the logs to figure out which non-standard package is
  blocking 14.04>16.04.01 upgrade, tried uninstalling a bunch of stuff
  but am worried about breaking something.  Any help?  Thanks!
