  Installation: cpu softlock with plymouth when installing 16.04

Bug description:
  I am using a dell inspiron 15 7559 laptop.

  CPU i5-6300HQ

  Hardware info.
  http://www.ubuntu.com/certification/hardware/201508-19027/

  When I am installing 16.04 built on Feb 25, which is known as beta
  version, after click the try ubuntu item, cpu will stuck with plymouth
  and cannot get into the installation gui.

  This problem happens every time.
