Is it safe for Apport to mark bugs as public when it decides they are a
duplicate of another public bug? Does it do any checking of the
SMBConf.txt to ensure there is no sensitive information in there or does
it just guess based on the duplicate status?

Bug description:
I was accessing a share using Windows 7 as a client machine. Chrome
was running on the client and I was browsing for a file to attach to a
report an issue page in Chrome.
My Ubuntu machine was severing the share from a directory in my home
directory. I noticed this report after posting the bug/issue message
to Google.
