Bug description:
  Tried to upgrade from 14.04.4 LTS to 16.04. (Date: 21.04.2016)

  upgrading via 'do-release-upgrade -d' failed and ended with the
  following message:

  (Im using a german version)
  "W:Fehlschlag beim Holen von 
  http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/xenial/universe/source/Sources 
  Hash-Summe stimmt nicht überein 
  , E:Einige Indexdateien konnten nicht heruntergeladen werden. Sie 
  wurden ignoriert oder alte an ihrer Stelle benutzt. "
