[Bug 1574183] [NEW] installation crashed while installing grub

Public bug reported:

I was installing Ubuntu 16.04 on my computer. I was already running
Ubuntu/Elementary/Mint on this machine for 4 years, however this time
(there was no fail on Ubuntu versions prior then 16.04) I am getting
this error. And it is failing the whole installation.

Installing in UEFI mod.
