Installing packages from the Ubuntu Store fails under unity8-desktop-
session mir.
The error can be reproduced using pkcon:
mzanetti at noneyet ~/.local/share/ubuntu-download-manager $ pkcon install-local Downloads/com.ubuntu.developer.robert-ancell.dotty_2_all.click
