Not ICE per-se, as no pre-processed source code is generated, nor e.g.
it is retried. Just compiler is getting killed, probably due to out of
memory as doko points out. Not reproducible in schroot on a zvm.

Bug description:
  New ICEs have started to happen in autopkgtests on s390x only even
  with multiple retries. For example, here is rocs failing four
  successive times:

  The other repetitive ICEs for http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-
  archive/proposed-migration/update_excuses.html#qtdeclarative-
  opensource-src and http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive
  /proposed-migration/update_excuses.html#qtbase-opensource-src happen
  when building modemmanager-qt and umbrello. Others passed.
