Bug description:
  add-apt-repository --help shows ppa:user/distro/repository as possible
  pattern to add.

  sudo apt-add-repository ppa:nginx/stable works as expected.

  sudo apt-add-repository ppa:nginx/vivid/stable doesn't works.
