Title:
ubuntu-minimal should not use dhcp3-client on server by default

Status in ubuntu-meta package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Servers normally use fixed IP addresses to communicate with them.
Therefore it is useless to install dhcp client in ubuntu server
edition. Trying to deinstall dhcp3-client breaks the module ubuntu-
minimal which is said to also support automatic updates. On the other
hand with dhcp3-client installed the client tries to get an address at
startup and slows down the startup procedure. With multiple virtual
servers on a single machine this significantly slows down server
  startup of the server environment.

Suggestion: Remove dhcp3-client from the dependencies for ubuntu
  server edition.

  System information:
ubuntu 10.04 LTS server edition x86 installed in virtualbox
  ubuntu-minimal 1.197
