binary is available and operational, version as seen above.
More about functionality can not be stated here, since the Test Case did not work out of the box and needs many adjustments for Ubutnu.

Bug description:
  s390-tools: missing osasnmpd 
  and 57-osasnmpd.rules

  Requirement for osasnmpd:
  NET-SNMP subagent implementing MIBs provided by OSA-Express features Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, and 10 Gigabit Ethernet.
  Note: You need at least the UCD-SNMP 4.2.3 package installed, before building the osasnmpd subagent.
