First, if you have 14.04 installed already, then you are already running
14.04.3; there is no need to reinstall.  The .3 simply means that is the
third spin of the install image, in case some bugs that were fixed by
normal updates are required to get the install to work in the first
place.   Secondly, your installation medium is corrupt so you will need
to recreate it.
