Status in tzdata package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources in Turkey changed the
  application of daylight saving time from October, 24th to November
  8th.

  Can you make an tzdata upgrade for that?

  I'm sorry I know it's not a bug of tzdata but Turkish Government.
