  Ubiquity crashes during OS install

Status in grub-installer package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Installing to hybrid btrfs raid.  Adaptec 51245, 4x 2 ssd raid1
  (/dev/sda-d).  mkfs.btrfs -m raid10 -d raid0 /dev/sda-e.

  Install fails at some point.  Live session is very slow.  Typing and
  mouse movements are delayed.

  Hardware:
  ASUS X99-A USB 3.1
  i7-5930K
  32GiB DDR4 RAM
  8x SAMSUNG 840 Pro 256GB
  2x AMD FirePro W5000

  Numerous devices on pci at 0000 reported as unclaimed.  This was not an
  issue prior to 15.04.  Even 14.04 with 3.19 kernel was without this
  issue.
