Title:
usb-creator-gtk doesn't present an error if source .iso is unreadable
  (permissions)

Status in usb-creator package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  On Vivid, usb-creator-gtk 0.2.67ubuntu0.1

In the "Make Startup Disk" window, choose "Other..." and select an image you cannot read - e.g. not readable by the current user.
The image will not select, but no error will be displayed to the user - it's a silent failure, you're dropped back to the main window with no info as to why it didn't work. The user should be presented with at least a "Permission Denied" message in a desktop dialog box.
