Title:
Alternate install fails requesting same disc

Status in debian-installer package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

Installing using the Ubuntu 9.04 Alternate beta CD for Amd64. The installation is to a software raid partition, /dev/md3. There are no problems with the install until this error. The full text is "Please insert disk the disk labeled: 'Ubuntu 9.04 _Jaunty Jackalope_ - Beta amd64 (20090324) ' In the drive '/cdrom/' and press enter."
This is not possible because the drive is locked and the install CD is already inserted!
Both the continue and back buttons cause the same screen to be re-displayed. Reboot is the only way out.

Additional information, the machine has 2 cdrom drives. One is SATA
the other IDE. I am installing from the SATA drive.
