And it has now landed in Xenial, alongside the new activemq which I
assume might have been synced by you as well. Thank you :)

Title:
Please sync libcommons-net-java (?) 3.3-2 from Debian unstable (main)

Status in libcommons-net-java package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Please sync libcommons-net-java from Debian.

This package used to be part of Ubuntu (and Debian), but it was
removed some years ago. Now this source package will carry the new
releases again, so it should be synced to Ubuntu. (See also
  https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/libcommons-net-java)

I'm not 100% sure on which part of the archive it ends up in when synced. Based on the history I see that it has been part of main, but I don't know whether it automatically reverts to universe when it has been removed. If it does end up in main, there might be a more thorough process for the sync, I guess. Could someone please check this.

(This package has been added as a build dependency for at least the
latest version of activemq in Debian, so it looks like this is a
blocker for being able to synce that one to Ubuntu.)
