[Bug 1509025] [NEW] System update from Kubuntu 15.04 to 15.10 fails.

Public bug reported:

Running Kubuntu 15.04. I got the update prompt, but the update fails
after finishing step 2 (configuring new update sources I believe). I
disabled all 3rd party sources from package mmanager and tried again,
but it didn't help. Reboot also did not help.
