Bug description:
  Update /etc/fstab with "LABEL=/Ubuntu-15.04  / ext3  errors=remount-ro 0       1"
  Reboot
  run grub-install /dev/sda
  Fails with misleading message about no entry for /dev/sda6
  Also causes apt-get upgrade to fail if kernel is replaced.
