Title:
  LANG environment variable is set wrongly in PT-BR installation with US
  keyboard

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Brazilian Portuguese install using a notebook with US keyboard
  Chosen: US International with dead keys
  After install, /etc/default/locale file is created with this content:

  LANG="pt_BR:pt:en"
  LC_NUMERIC="pt_BR.UTF-8"
  LC_TIME="pt_BR.UTF-8"
  LC_MONETARY="pt_BR.UTF-8"
  LC_PAPER="pt_BR.UTF-8"
  LC_NAME="pt_BR.UTF-8"
  LC_ADDRESS="pt_BR.UTF-8"
  LC_TELEPHONE="pt_BR.UTF-8"
  LC_MEASUREMENT="pt_BR.UTF-8"
  LC_IDENTIFICATION="pt_BR.UTF-8"

  But it is wrong, the first line should be
  LANG="pt_BR.UTF-8"
