Getting to a terminal is very useful for trouble shooting. I.e. to disable
zswap to work around long standing swap attached error during full disk
encryption.

Title:
during install right click on desktop and select terminal emulator
does nothing
Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
During the Lubuntu install you can right-click on an empty area of the
desktop to bring up a menu. One of those menu items is "Terminal
Emulator". This does not work.
Expected behaviour: a terminal window like xterm should appear.
Actual behaviour: nothing happens.
By contrast, selecting "Web Browser" from the same menu does work and
brings up Firefox.
Tested with Lubuntu 2015-09-19 daily beta. I was on the "Preparing
to install Lubuntu" screen where it has the three checkmarks for drive
space, power source, internet.
