This is not a bug about the release upgrader process, rather with the
system after the upgrade. As such I am removing the ubuntu-release-
upgrader package assignment.

  Kernel upgrade 3.19.0.30 crashes.
  The only stable version i can use is 3.19.0.23. Sometimes during dual boot after loading Windows 10 kernel 3.19.0.30 works fine but it hangs later.
