Tried installing 15.04 from USB flash drive -- failed with something
like error writing files, move to cooler location

Tried installing from DVD and got the same error

Installing to an Acer C170 with 8 Gbytes RAM and Crucial 250 Gbyte SSD,
using external mouse because trackpad won't work

Trying to get 15.04 installed then troubleshoot trackpad -- NO JOY
