  Latest cloud ubuntu trusty image (06-Oct-2015 10:34)  https://cloud-
  images.ubuntu.com/trusty/current/

  apt-get update && apt-get upgrade # works fine

  # apt-get install python3.4-dev
  Reading package lists... Done
