[Bug 1502875] [NEW] ksconfig lacks btrfs, lvm options

Hi,

the disk partitions menu of ksconfig does not allow to choose btrfs
partitions, although they are well supported by the ubuntu install
process.


(It also lacks lvm support. This is more complicated, but should be
supported. )
