The ubuntu-minimal package was not found after rewriting your
sources.list file. Its possible this was due to an error communicating
with the mirror of Ubuntu which you use. You might try using a different
mirror, or checking your network. Thanks and good luck!

  Unable to upgrade to 15.10 from 15.04, failed when updating software
  sources and prompted me to try again later as the mirror may be
  overloaded. Then prompted me to send this bug report.
