[Bug 1518720] [NEW] Failure to calculate upgrade path 15.04 - 15.10

Other software sources have all been disabled after encountering this
problem. That change did not resolve the problem unfortunately.
Hopefully reporting the bug is helpful and will also allow to me better
see what the error is.
