/boot/grub/grub.cfg?

Title:
  Upgrade from 15.04 to 15.10 and kernel does not upgrade or can be
  upgraded manually

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When i upgraded from 15.04 to 15.10 the kernel 3.19.0-30-generic did
  not upgrade to 4.2. I have tried to manually update it but it will not
  update.
