Title:
mkfs.btrfs and fsck.btrfs gets installed into the wrong directory

Status in btrfs-tools package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Watching the Ubuntu console while installing, I noticed that
mkinitramfs keeps complaining that it could not find fsck.btrfs. I
looked into it and noticed that both mkfs.btrfs and fsck.btrfs are
being installed into /bin instead of /sbin proper. A quick workaround
is to copy the files from /bin to /sbin, but this is a major issue as
if the user boots from a btrfs root filesystem and the root filesystem
gets corrupted, then the user will not be able to fsck the filesystem
  when dumped at the initrd.
