Oh huh, these all got promoted already.  doko did you do the review and
not update the bug?  Or were those pre-promotions, assuming that the MIR
would be fine?

Bug description:
  sphinx -1.3 now depends on two new external themes, sphinx-rtd-theme
  and alabaster.

  These are build time dependencies only, packaging looks sane.

  The rtd theme requires some javascript (modernizr), and wants it's own
  font. Fine. modernizr was changed to use slimit instead of uglifyjs
  (universe) to minimize the js code.
