There are some files missing which may be coming from a third-party
package:

/etc/grub.d/06_OVHkernel: ligne 6: /usr/lib/grub/update-grub_lib: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type
dpkg: error processing package grub-pc (--configure):
 le sous-processus script post-installation installé a retourné une erreur de sortie d'état 1

Please see if you can find this update-grub_lib file, or if
/etc/grub.d/06_OVHkernel can be removed. From that point you should be
able to run:

sudo apt-get -f install

To complete the upgrade.
