  No Automatic Scrolling in do-release-upgrade Terminal

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I like to watch the Terminal output while doing a release-upgrade, but
  the Terminal output has no Automatic Scrolling and I need to do it
  manually all the time what is quite annoying.
