Ok, thanks. I hadn't realized that ImageMagick was finally using pkg-
config.

Title:
Magick++-config is missing from libmagick++-dev
Status in imagemagick package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
The program /usr/bin/Magick++-config should be part of
libmagick++-dev, but it is missing in 15.04.
It *is* provided by graphicsmagick-libmagick-dev-compat, but should be
present as part of ImageMagick itself, not only when GraphicsMagick is
substituted for ImageMagick.
Previous Ubuntu versions provided Magick++-config in libmagick++-dev.
I have version 8:6.8.9.9-5 of libmagick++-dev.
