Bug description:
  Today I tried to upgrade my 11.10 to 12.04, it failed, however.
  Console outputted:

  apt.log file is attached.

  The update-manager version is 1:0.152.25.8.

  I've already run apt-get install -f, apt-get update && apt-get install
  -f, apt-get update && apt-get upgrade && apt-get dist-upgrade && apt-
  get install -f - none of them helped to solve this problem. I also
  have no 3rd party package sources enabled at the moment.
