Title:
Update manager doesn't work with two factor auth in PAM

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
With two-factor authentication configured in PAM, update manager still
only prompts for a password, so authentication fails and the updates
do not apply. 'sudo aptitude safe-upgrade' in a shell does the right
thing, prompting for the authentication token and the password.
