Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  Probably some background process of Upgrade Manager fails while
  fetching list of changes for PPA: LP-PPA-ubuntu-mozilla-daily

  The Update Manager frontend seems to cope with the problem and if I
  weren't running apport, I probably wouldn't have noticed the problem.

  The changes panel will display:

  "Downloading list of changes..."
  with a "Cancel" button.

  This never changes to "this source does not support listing changes"
  (or something like that) or to real changelog.
