[Bug 1451275] [NEW] Keyboard selection dialog not selectable in 14.04.2

Public bug reported:

Using the i386 14.04.2 live CD to install in a Virtualbox VM reaches the
point of the keyboard profile selection, but the actual selection is
impossible, and the whole window is only draggable. The test box for
text input has the same problem. Nothing is selectable in the window.

Hopefully the attached video will show this (also available at
http://youtu.be/tRfnASDCoQw).

*Eventually* (once all disk I/O has finished - initial file copying?) it
is selectable, but this takes hours.

I will attach the installation logs once installation has completed.
