  include dcfldd on LiveCD

Bug description:
  Hi !

  
  I usually use the LiveCD to work on my disks, with the dd command.

  The dd command doesn't show any progress status...

  
  To do a lowformat, i used dcfldd that is not installed, so i had to downoad, which is not so practical !


  Could you add dcfldd (http://packages.ubuntu.com/lucid/dcfldd) to the
  LiveCD ?
